This was a great space for four friends spending a weekend in Barcelona! The two-bedroom apartment had two bathrooms, which was awesome, and a full kitchen so we were able to cook a few meals and have some drinks in the room before heading out. Super comfortable, great location 1 block from Las Ramblas, and the staff was great!
The water in the apartment went off the last night at about midnight and came back on at about 8am - this was quite frustrating for those of us who had early international flights and needed to shower!! I'm not sure if this is a common occurrence or if this was a fluke issue but please be aware. Also, if you're looking to meet a lot of people, socialize and get toursity information, stay in a hostel. This is place to stay for people who know their way around a bit more and are content to socialize within their own group.

Its Location , the apartment is Clean
There is no reception, you must call them before you go. Also there is no taxi can go there so you have to walk to the hotel . the sofa were broken and the irony is not working , no wifi, also you have to manage your pillow and blanket sheets , the elevator is 30 cm by 80 cm so you have to go 3 rounds to load your luggage.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions such as the Gothic area, Placa de Catalunya, and the Ramblas. Guests mentioned that the area felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. the apartment itself was described as modern and clean, with a super friendly and helpful representative who greeted guests upon arrival.
One negative aspect mentioned by guests was the inconvenience of the check-in process, which required guests to roll their luggage through narrow streets to a location several blocks away from the apartment.

We were put in a different aparment to the one we booked on Booked.net . We had choose an apartment just off La Rambla, and were put in la Murella apartment down near the beach.
Our toaster was broken, there were extrenely dirty duvet and pillows in a cupboard in the bedroom. The bed covers were very dated. The shower soap holders were both very rusty. One of the showers was all dirty and mouldy round bottom. The toilets push button in both rooms were very loose. The sink tap was very loose. One of the toilets didnt flush.

Location was very good, in the middle of La Ramblas, and there were a lot of shops just around the building, a small market 10 meters away and "Karfour" hyper market about 100 meters, apartment was fully equipped and very roomy and elegantly designed.
The elevator is extremely small, but I guess that's the case in all of Barcelona, plus the internet worked for the first day, it was slow and kept disconnecting, then for the next 3 days it didn't work at all.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with very reasonable prices. The attention to detail is evident, from the clean and modern decor to the friendly and helpful staff. The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is within a short walking distance to all attractions, including the market, cathedral, and Placa Catalunia.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory, there is nothing that could be improved upon.

outside a bit of putting to begin with but not really a problem. Better signage would be useful.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
This hotel is perfectly located near restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area and felt safe walking around at night. Not only is the location great, but the room was also comfortable and clean. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was spacious with great amenities. the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Although the hotel is in a great location, it lacks an elevator which made it difficult to carry our luggage up the stairs. noise from other guests and outside could be heard inside the room which was a bit disturbing.

The apartment has an excellent location in the heart of the city. You are close to the shopping area as well as the old historical part of the city with narrow streets and old buildings. You also have the lively Las Ramblas just next to you. Whe you are inside the apartment its hard to understand that you are in a big city as it is all quiet inside which is good if you need a rest from the city life. Everybody in the family was happy with the modern apartment.
The kitchen was not fully equipped for a family for doing all the cooking at home and eat all meals in the apartement. We didn´t complain about it but the following was missing - a fork, a sharp knife, a small saucepan, a slice (spatula).
